There is nothing like being treated right. I went in for a couple of things I was told were wrong. Did not need new rotors even though other service shop told me I did. Did not need new struts-was told by other shop I did. They even fixed a couple of things I did not ask them to and did it as a courtesy. Why go anywhere else? Oh-and what they did fix was less expensive than the other shop had quoted. Way to go North Point Volvo !

Service at North Point is sooo much better than it ever was at Gwinnett Place or Dyer&Dyer. Their customer service was awful, and the begging to rate them a "10" infuriated me. The salesperson lives fairly close to us and he certainly went out of his way to give us service. He picked up the car this afternoon and took it back to install an iPod player that they did not have yesterday and we got it put it in and he brought the car back. That's service, definitely.

There was an excellent Internet Manager and an excellent finance lady who was in charge of the financial part of it. The manager of the entire dealership was very visible and made his presence known, gave it a personal touch. I felt it was a rewarding experience. This is the fourth Volvo I have purchased and out of all of them this is the best customer service with the ordeal of finding a vehicle followed through on top of that. Customer service was top-notch.

I had done a lot of research, even though I purchased this one, I have a lease vehicle for the next 3 months. My family, I guess, this is our fourth Volvo purchased from there. I originally lived in Alpharetta then moved to Buford which is 40 minutes. I live approximately 10-15 minutes away from another Volvo dealership but would not consider going to any other location. I enjoy the service, the professionalism, the quality of all repairs, and the pro-active approach. I took my vehicle in for standard maintenance but they discovered a need for brakes and obtained approval for replacing wiper blades. They cover everything to the smallest detail.
