Really great salesperson, David, went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for.  I went back to the dealership to purchase a liner for my trunk and saw David and we spoke like we were old friends.  Everyone at that dealership from the Parts Manager to the GM were great to deal with.  We love our vehicle and see ourselves replacing our second car with a Volvo at that dealership when it is time to do so.

Brian Matthew and Greg Trask were outstanding.  They made the process very simple, presented many options in order to find the right fit for me.  This is the second vehicle Brian has put me in and I never considered another dealer largely in part because of the service I get from him.  I know I'm getting a good honest deal with no pressure.  Volvo makes a great car, but Brian and Greg make purchasing Volvos easy.  I've never second guessed my decisions for a second after working with them.

The salesperson lives fairly close to us and he certainly went out of his way to give us service. He picked up the car this afternoon and took it back to install an iPod player that they did not have yesterday and we got it put it in and he brought the car back. That's service, definitely.

There was an excellent Internet Manager and an excellent finance lady who was in charge of the financial part of it. The manager of the entire dealership was very visible and made his presence known, gave it a personal touch. I felt it was a rewarding experience. This is the fourth Volvo I have purchased and out of all of them this is the best customer service with the ordeal of finding a vehicle followed through on top of that. Customer service was top-notch.

I had done a lot of research, even though I purchased this one, I have a lease vehicle for the next 3 months. My family, I guess, this is our fourth Volvo purchased from there. I'm the only one that has ever leased one. My mother, my sister and I have had nothing but incredible service and follow-up, they get right back to me. They have taken me at a minute's notice when I did not even have an appointment. Also, the dealership is close to me and they know me by name and my family.
